An excellent film. Leif Garrett gave a brilliant performance as Lance.
I was a bread man delivering for Kilpatricks Bakery of Oakland,out of Antioch,California in the late 1980's, and served bread and hamburger buns to Orwoods Resort, a boat ramp and campground in Brentwood, California. This was the site where much of this "coming of age" movie was filmed.
